REGISTRATION PACKAGES

All packages include the casino-themed reception & all food & beverage including a three course plated meal prepared by Executive Chef David Baarschers and his culinary team.

 

BLUE Tables 

  • hosted table includes seats for 10 guests, plus 2 seats for a Canuck celebrity and their guest (A celebrity refers to a Player, Coach, Hockey Executive or Alumni).

SILVER Tables

  • non-hosted table includes seats for 12 guests.

Single Seats - limited single seats are available

Note:  all tables and individual tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis.

HOW TO REGISTER:

  • Select the package type you want to purchase by entering the quantity of tables/single seats in the corresponding text box.  Your subtotal will be displayed on the right side of the quantity section, and the total amount that will be charged is displayed at the bottom.
  • You can select the check box to authorize the Canucks for Kids Fund to retain your credit card information at the event, which will allow for a seemless check in and check out process if you make purchases at the event or in the silent auction.  Once finished, scroll down and select NEXT.
  • Enter your contact information and if you know your table guests names, you can enter those now, or you can enter at a later time.  When your purchase is processed you will receive a confirmation email with your credit card receipt.  You will also receive a separate email with an RSVP link to update your table guest information as they are confirmed.
  • Dietary or Allergy requirements:  Please only select the meal type if you require a vegetarian, vegan or gluten free meal so we can advise the catering team.  If you have any other dietary restrictions or allergies, please provide those details in the "special accommodations" section on the next page for each guest.  Scroll down and select NEXT
  • The last page is where you will complete your contact and credit card information, click the checkboxes to verify and click SUBMIT FOR PROCESSING.
